Nationally famous Irish entertainers are a regular feature of O'Malley's
Pub, located in three vaulted, limestone cellars of the historic Weston Brewing Company.
There is multilevel seating in the twenty-foot high bottom cellar,
fifty-five feet below ground. Those in the middle room can play darts
or enjoy sporting events on the seven-foot screen. Snugs, in the top
cellar, are ideal for craic (conversation) which is the very essence
of a true Irish pub. Well kept draught ales, lagers and cider are offered
along with wines and specialty drinks. The complete bar boasts ten Irish
whiskeys. O'Malley's offers pub grub or you may wish to enjoy the full
menu offered upstairs in O'Malley's America Bowman restaurant. The
patio and courtyard, adjacent to the pub, are the setting for our annual
music festivals featuring local, regional and nationally touring acts.
The festivals, held throughout the spring, summer and fall present top
artists from different musical genres including Irish, Bluegrass, Country,
Folk, Blues, and Rhythm & Blues. Authentic food and drinks are featured

Come enjoy a free tasting of Riverwood Winery’s full line of red, white and fruit wines ranging from sweet to dry. Riverwood produces wines from the owners’ Platte County vineyards, and from grapes and fruit purchased from other local growers. Riverwood Winery periodically hosts food classes and demonstrations, and the wine hall is available for private gatherings such as receptions or parties. Riverwood Winery is located on 45 Highway, just 2.5 miles north of Snow Creek Ski Area and 8 miles north of Weston.

Nestled in the hilly countryside just 3 miles east of Weston, Vaughn Orchard and Country Store has been a family institution for over 70 years.
Enjoy fresh apple cider pressed in a mill, apple butter cooked in a kettle over an open fire, and barbeque prepared on site. The country store features a whole host of apple products, as well as country-cured hams, sorghum, honey, Indian corn, gourds, gifts and the apple sorting operation.
Visitors can ride the Apple Express to pick their own apples or walk through the pumpkin patch to select their own pumpkins. One visit and it becomes a family tradition.

Catch a glimpse of the Missouri River as Lewis and Clark saw it in
1804 from the Weston Bend State Park scenic overlook. The scenic overlook
provides visitors a view of the River, Fort Leavenworth, and beyond.
The 1,133-acre park has a hiking trail meandering through the woods and
along the edge of the bluff with great views of the river. Hikers and
bikers can also enjoy the three mile paved looped trail weaving through
a hilly wooded area. Five tobacco barns, one is an enclosed shelter that
is available for reservations, remain on the land to interpret the important
role of tobacco in the area's history. Picnicking and camping year round.
There is also a campground featuring basic and electric campsites, modern
rest rooms, hot showers and laundry facilities. |

A visit to Red Barn Farm is like visiting Grandmother's farm in the
early 1900's. The American dream of farming is preserved in this working
farmstead with traditional crops and farm animals from the largest draft
horse to the smallest chick. Restoration on this old farm started in
1990 and new features are added each year. Enjoy picking your own crops
on a seasonal basis, authentic country hay rides, and fall pumpkin festival.
The Red Barn Farm Store sells seasonal foods, gifts and nature products.
Children and adults alike enjoy the working farmstead, the wide-open
space and the benefits of learning about nature firsthand during the
educational tours and programs or just come stroll the rolling hills
