Celebrating 32 Years
You are invited to participate in the 32nd Annual Weston Applefest on October 3-4, 2020.
Truly an event that the entire Weston community rallies around, AppleFest celebrates fall with apples, apple cider, apple butter, children’s activities, music, food, a parade, and lots of fun.
We also feature local, regional, and national artists and craftspeople displaying their handcrafted work and demonstrating their unique talents to over 30,000 visitors each year.
Weston is a small community located minutes from Kansas City International Airport. Founded in 1837, and once a bustling river port, today’s Weston still holds a lot of the charm of its past. With over 100 beautifully preserved antebellum buildings listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, this quaint community is also home to a variety of upscale antique and specialty shops, restaurants, bed and breakfasts, a restored hotel, museums, wineries, distillery, a brewery, and an Irish pub.

Electrical: $25.00 per vendor

The Applefest Committee has approved that the Food Court will allow two duplications of any food item. For example, we may book two kettle corn vendors or two vendors that serve Philly steak sandwiches.
Each vendor space is 10 ft. wide by 17 ft. deep. There will be no exceptions for hitches, equipment, storage, etc. If you have a self-contained trailer that must be parked sideways for your serving window to face the Food Court, you must reserve two spaces. (No half spaces available)
Vendor will furnish tables, table coverings & skirts, chairs, tents, etc. Vendor spaces will be monitored for appearance.
Electrical outlets are limited, so please register early to reserve your outlet. Power must be reserved and paid for in advance.

Saturday, October 3, 2020 – 6:30AM-9AM
Booth set up must be completed by 9:00AM on Saturday, October 3, 2020, and remain open and intact throughout the festival until 5:00PM on Sunday, October 4, 2020. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tear down: Sunday, October 4, 2020, after 5:00PM. All trash must be taken to the dumpsters adjacent to the food court. There will be an area designated for cardboard recycling near one of the dumpsters.
SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY
Each vendor will receive one parking pass for the Vendor Parking Lot for the weekend. Buses from the satellite parking lots on Hwy 45 will be available for additional vehicles.
