When will the festival take place?

  • Saturday, June 3rd 12pm - 8pm 

Where will the Weston Roots Music Festival take place?

  • The festival will take place at 6 different locations in town

Where do i pick up my tickets

  • Tickets will be wristbands. These can be picked up at the Weston Chamber of Commerce @ 526 Main St. Weston, MO  64098 

Are my tickets refundable?

  • No. The event will take place - rain or shine

  • You cannot use a wristband for different people, one ticket receives one wristband for the duration of the event.

  • Kids 12 and under are free.

What is the re-entry policy? 

  • Wristbands will be provided. These will allow you to come and go from venues as you please.  If you wish to visit just one venue, you will pay a $5.00 cover charge at the door. You will not receive a wristband for other venue entries

Are pets allowed? 

  • Unfortunately, pets will not be allowed at the event. Keep in mind this will be a crowded event  

Are coolers allowed?

  • Please, no coolers in the park.  Keep in mind NO outside food or drink will be allowed into the venues

Will there be food? 

  • Yes! There will be food trucks at the parking lot on Thomas St.

When and where will merch be available? 

  • Merchandise will be available at the Chamber of Commerce.

  • There will also be a travelling sales person at the venues

What areas will Children be allowed?

  • City Park

  • Jeff’s Architectural Salvage/Coal House Saloon

  • Pirtle Winery

  • Weston Wine Company

Restrooms:

  • Public Restrooms and Porter Potties on Thomas St

  • Chamber of Commerce (Baby changing station)

  • Porter Potties at Jeff’s Salvage

Is the event ADA accessible?

  • We are aware that Weston is not the most ADA friendly town as the buildings are so old.  This event is ADA accessible at the following locations:

    •  City Park

    • Jeff’s Architectural Salvage/Coal House Saloon

What is not allowed

  • NO weapons or firearms

  • NO fireworks

  • NO personal golf carts, ATV’s, dirtbikes

  • NO illegal drugs

  • NO bad attitudes

  • NO pets

What could/should I bring?

  • Feel free to bring chairs or blankets to main stage at the City Park / Jeff’s Architectural Salvage/Coal House Saloon

  • A great attitude and your dancing shoes!!

  • In addition, there may be camping spots available at Weston Bend State Park

Parking:

  • Parking lot behind Thomas Street

  • Street parking as available

  • Gravel parking lot on the south end of Main St.

  • High School parking lot (signs will be on Washington St.)

  • Catholic Church parking lot (Market St (end of Main St) - Go left. Church parking will be at the top of the hill on your left.
