Plans are underway for the 38th Annual Applefest, October 3rd and 4th, 2026.

As you may be aware, this event is one of the premier fall festivals in the Kansas City area, with great attendance. Past year’s festivals have been great successes, thanks in large part to the contribution of our many generous sponsors.

Applefest takes place in the two-block business district in downtown Weston where all the merchants put their best foot forward to be involved and participate in the fun. The festival kicks off with a rousing parade down Main Street. We offer fun, unique, and educational children’s activities and, in addition to our favorite arts and craft participants, artists demonstrating “lost” arts and fine craft always add to the festive and creative atmosphere on Main Street. We include the traditional favorites: apple butter making, apple cider, and our famous apple dumplings, and vendors offering delicious foods. In addition, we have live entertainment throughout the day.

We appreciate you being one of our corporate sponsors. In the past, sponsors have contributed from $200-$2000 to help underwrite the costs of this family-focused event. Sponsors who contribute $200 or more are listed on a large banner displayed during the festival. Your financial support will, therefore, be visible to all the festivalgoers.
